Verse Bak Banaan (per kilo)

Cooking bananas are bigger than normal bananas and have thicker skin. An unripe banana will been green-yellow in colour and a ripe banana will be almost completely black. These banana's are meant to be cooked and cannot be eaten raw. 

Keep in mind: The darker the banana, the more sweet and soft it will be. The black banana's are excellent for baking, frying and boiling.
