Food Products
For food safety reasons, food products cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery.

If a food product (dry or frozen) has quality issues (such as incorrect or damaged products), please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, preferably with a photo or video of the product. We aim to respond and resolve your issue within 3 business days.

Non-Food Products
Non-food items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging. Please fill out a return request form in advance so our customer service can process your request quickly.

Note: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has quality issues. Shipping costs will only be refunded for defective products. Returned items that are damaged during transport are not eligible for a refund.

Return by PostNL
It may happen that PostNL returns your package. Possible reasons include:
- The provided address is incorrect
- The package was not picked up in time at the pick-up location
- The package was refused by you or another resident

In such cases, there are two options:
1. Resend the Package
The shipping costs for resending the package are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Cancel the Package
An administration fee will be charged, equivalent to the shipping costs. A refund will be issued once we have received the returned product, and the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order.

If the package is returned by PostNL due to damage or an incorrect return, we will work with you to either reprocess and resend the order, or fully refund the order, including shipping costs. In this case, the refund will be processed at no cost to you.
