We make every effort to deliver your order in perfect condition. For parcel shipments, we collaborate with PostNL. For larger orders, we use a pallet carrier. The costs of pallet shipments vary depending on the destination.
On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. In 98% of cases, the package will be delivered to the specified address in the Netherlands on the next business day.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable during processing in our warehouse, it will be removed from your order. If the total amount of the order has been paid in advance, the amount for the unavailable item will be refunded. Missing items are generally not restocked and must be reordered. For orders on invoice, only the items that are actually delivered will be invoiced.
